Kick-off is set for 7.45pm BST. The game will be broadcast live on BT Sport 2. Live streaming of the match is available on BT Sport Live Streaming for UK residents.

Overview

Bayern Munich prepared for the visit of Real Madrid in the best possible fashion, thumping Borussia Dortmund 4-1 at the Allianz Arena on 8 April. The Bavarian giants have won nine of their 22 previous meetings against Madrid in European competitions.

Goalkeeper Manuel Neuer is racing to recover in time from a foot injury for the visit of Real, while centre-back Mats Hummels (ankle) is definitely out.

Real Madrid's six-game winning run in all competitions came to an end as they were held to a 1-1 draw by city rivals Atletico Madrid at the weekend. The 11-time European champions have only lost one of their last 10 away matches in the Champions League.

Defenders Raphael Varane and Pepe are both out through injury for the visitors.

What managers say

Carlo Ancelotti: "It was a very good match [against Dortmund]. It's a good result for us after a good performance. The first half was hotly-contested as Dortmund were dangerous up front, they had good chances. [Arjen] Robben's goal was decisive, we were in control of the match after that. But it was balanced before his goal." [via ESPN]

Zinedine Zidane: "It's a tough game to read. We put in a great performance [against Atletico] but with five minutes to go we lacked that bit of concentration. You couldn't say that Atletico put in a great performance, we certainly did, but we had to get that second goal, which would have given us that peace of mind. We were then made to suffer and we didn't defend too well on one move and they are capable of making things tough for you." [via Sky Sports]
