Bella Hadid and The Weeknd dating: Gigi Hadid's younger sister and R&B star 'clicked at Coachella'

There could be a hot new couple on the horizon as reports have emerged that aspiring model Bella Hadid and R&B singer The Weeknd are dating.

The younger sister of model Gigi Hadid is said to have met the Canadian singer a while ago but really "clicked" when they bumped into each other at the Coachella Music Festival in April.

Reportedly confirming their new relationship, a source told E! Online: "They were hanging out in Coachella and were flirting lots.

"They have many things in common and really enjoyed each other's company. She loves his music as well. They are hanging out for sure now."

The insider added: "They had met each other before Coachella, but that's where they really clicked. It's still new."

Other sources are said to have also told Us Weekly that Hadid, 18, and The Weeknd, real name Abel Tesfaye, have been enjoyed dates with runway star Gigi and her boyfriend, pop star Cody Simpson.

They are also said to have spent time hanging out with singer Miley Cyrus and her boyfriend Patrick Schwarzenegger before they split in April.

The rumoured couple are both rising stars on the Hollywood scene. Teen model Hadid is following in her sister's footsteps in the fashion world by getting signed to IMG Models.

She has since walked in runway shows for major designers including Tom Ford and has graced an array of magazine covers including Teen Vogue and Elle UK. Hadid recently moved to New York where she studied photography at Parson's.

As well as being Gigi's younger sister, Hadid is the daughter of Real Housewives Of Beverly Hills reality star Yolanda Foster.

The Weeknd, 25, has also carved out a successful career for himself so far since he was discovered by rapper Drake in 2011.

Most recently, the R&B crooner featured on the Fifty Shades Of Grey soundtrack with his song Earned It, but he achieved success beforehand with his critically-acclaimed mixtapes, including House Of Balloons and Thursday.

The Toronto-native's debut album Kiss Land peaked at number two on the US Billboard 200 chart in 2013 with sales of more than 240,000.
