As the year draws to an end, feisty television celebrity Kim Kardashian has much to reflect on. The star of her own reality show, "Keeping up with the Kardashians", has had an active year, including appearances at the 68th Golden Globe awards, launching business deals in the Middle East and dealing with the turmoil of an extremely short-lived marriage to NBA player Kris Humphries. Nevertheless, she has remained something of a favorite for global media.
