Jay-Z and Beyoncé Knowles have tours, business ventures and endorsement deals to thank for their bank balance, which has kept them at the top of Forbes magazine's power couple list. Queen B's successful Mrs Carter tour brought in an average of $2m a night and Jay-Z's new album Magna Carta Holy Grail went platinum.
Their collaborative effort saw them take home $17 more than the previous year.
Brazilian supermodel Gisele Bundchen, Forbes' highest-paid model in the world, came second with her husband, Tom Brady, although she beat his earning power by $4m.
After Brangelina, Two-and-a-Half Men star Ashton Kutcher and girlfriend Mila Kunis were fourth with earnings of $35m.
Rounding up the top five with a $30m fortune was Kim Kardashian and her rapper beau Kanye West. The couple, who welcomed their daughter North in June, enjoyed a lucrative year with West cashing in on his Watch the Throne collaborative tour with Jay-Z and Kardashian amassing earnings from her reality show, Keeping up with the Kardashians, as well as various spin-offs.
