Beyonce Baby Blue Ivy Carter Birth: No Probe Into Hospital 'Inconvenience'

Beyonce's baby Blue Ivy carter has already become a true celebrity even though she is just days old.

Amidst reports of Beyonce and Jay-Z leaving the hospital for their posh Manhattan penthouse early on Wednesday, the New York State Health Department officials made it clear that there won't be any investigation into the alleged inconvenience caused to other patients in the hospital during the stay of the high-profile couple.

"Staff spoke with the hospital [and] determined there were no violations. And we have received no complaints," ABC News.com has quoted Michael Moran, a representative for the New York State Health Department, as responding to their email query.

At the same time, the officer did not clarify on the possibility of an investigation into the alleged inconvenience to the relatives of other patients, in case of a formal complaint. According to the ABC News.com, Moran could not "speculate" on launching any investigation into the matter in the event of a formal complaint.

There were allegations that the visit of the Beyonce family to the hospital during the past three days gave a tough time to the parents of other new-born babies. The entire fourth floor of the hospital was reportedly under unprecedented security due to the birth of Beyonce baby.

But, the hospital authorities denied claims of inconvenience to other visitors and the cordoning off of the entire fourth floor of the hospital for the Beyonce family.

"The family does have its own security detail on site. However, the hospital has been and continues to be in control of managing all security at the facility. We have made every effort to ensure minimal disruption to other families experiencing the births of their own children over the past three days," theTMZ has reported quoting a spokesman of the Lenox Hill Hospital.

Meanwhile, Beyonce and Jay-Z are believed to have left the New York City hospital in the wee hours of Wednesday, according to a New York Post report.

Blue Ivy Carter was born on Saturday, Jan 7, 2012 at the Lenox Hill Hospital and the couple are believed to have spent $1.3 million for their three-day stay in the hospital.

Earlier, the couple had released a statement welcoming their daughter and putting an end to the speculation over the name of the baby and clarified that the baby was delivered naturally.

'We are happy to announce the arrival of our beautiful daughter, Blue Ivy Carter, born on Saturday, January 7, 2012. Her birth was emotional and extremely peaceful, we are in heaven. She was delivered naturally at a healthy 7 lbs and it was the best experience of both of our lives. We are thankful to everyone for all your prayers, well wishes, love and support," the statement said.
