Beyoncé Met Gala 2014 Gown: Givenchy Dress Leaves Fans Divided

She is music royalty, a yummy mummy and a pop superstar but at this year's Met Gala Beyoncé left style icon off her list.

The Drunk in Love hitmaker left fans divided when she arrived at the star-studded event in a plunging Givenchy number.

The black show-stopping gown featured a sheer skirt that showed off her bootylious curves and plenty of cleavage. Queen B completed the look with a sheer veil.

She walked the red carpet with her rapper husband Jay Z, who opted for a black-and-white tuxedo combination.

While some fans claimed that her choice of outfit was flawless, with the perfect mix of sexy and classy, others were left somewhat underwhelmed.

After making appearances on Best and Worst Dressed lists across the globe, Beyoncé is likely now focusing on preparations for her first collaborative tour with Jay Z this summer.

The music power couple recently announced their On The Run tour, which will kick off in Florida on 25 June.

Beyonce
