According to spoilers, Sheldon is working on the final episode of "Sheldon Cooper presents Fun with Flags" with Amy.
He later taunts Amy saying the internet series could have had 233 episodes instead of 232, if she hadn't failed to hit the record button on a Fourth of July episode.
Meanwhile, Leonard, Howard and Raj are cleaning out Professor Roger Abbot's office when they find a 50-year-old bottle of champagne with a note from Professor Abbot's mother saying "The bottle is to be opened after he makes a great discovery."
Penny and her boss Dan are at a company banquet and are waiting for Bernadette which bothers Dan. She had been mean to his grandson at the company picnic. Penny later points out that Bernadette can be rough on people at times, and advises her to mend her ways and apologise to Dan.
