The Big Bang Theory Season 8 Spoilers: Premiere Episode Synopsis Out, Sheldon Hurts Amy's Feelings?
New sneak peeks from The Big Bang Theory Season 8, episode 1 and 2 hints at a turn of events in the two-episode season premiere.
The Big Bang Theory will return next Monday night with two new episodes. 'The Locomotion Interruption' and 'The Junior Professor Solution' will air back-to-back, and a new preview and clips from the episodes suggest that the season will start off with a bang.
According to a new report, Sheldon gets robbed on his road trip, but the real drama is what happens afterwards. He calls Leonard instead of Amy to come pick him up. "That hurts her feelings," executive producer Steve Molaro told TV Guide. "The good news is that is a conversation that is had and addressed in a fairly sweet moment."
The clip from Season 8, episode 1 features Sheldon, Amy, and Leonard discussing the trip – which apparently has ended on a disappointing note for Dr Cooper.
The synopsis for 'The Locomotion Interruption' explains how Sheldon arrives back in Pasadena. "Leonard and Amy take an unexpected road trip to Arizona to pick up Sheldon. Meanwhile, Penny interviews for a job at Bernadette's company, and Howard is weirded out by Stuart's relationship with Mrs. Wolowitz."
The sneak peek from The Big Bang Theory Season 8, episode 2, 'The Junior Professor Solution,' features another theoretical conversation, but this time with rather gruesome side-effects.
The preview for the two-episode premiere focuses on the fallout from Sheldon's ride-about.
The Big Bang Theory Season 8, episodes 1 and 2 will premiere on Monday, September 22 at 8:00 pm on CBS.
