Billboard Music Awards 2013: Taylor Swift, Selena Gomez, Jennifer Lopez Ravishing Looks on the Blue Carpet [PHOTOS]

The biggest names in the music world hit the blue carpet at the 2013 Billboard Music Awards held at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas.

Taylor Swift, who was the big winner at the event, taking home eight awards, including top artist and top Billboard 200 album for Red, shined in a blue Zuhair Murad dress. The 23-year-old singer completed the look with Jimmy Choo shoes and Lorraine Schwartz jewelry.

"You are the longest and best relationship I ever had," she told to the audience.

Selena Gomez looked chic in a futuristic-style Atelier Versace dress which featured thigh-high slit and multi-colored neon trim. The 20-year-old singer, who performed her hit song Come & Get It at the event, completed the look with Jimmy Choo shoes, and Neil Lane jewels.

Miley Cyrus, who revealed her highly anticipated new single We Can't Stop will arrive on 3 June, during the show, rocked in a Balmain jumpsuit and Givenchy shoes.

Jennifer Lopez looked divine in deep low cut gold Zuhair Murad dress. The 43-year-old entertainer, who was joined by her boyfriend Casper Smart, finished the look with Christian Louboutin shoes and Le Vian jewelry.

Kesha turned heads in a black waist high side-slit Givenchy dress with funnel neck, and completed the look with Palladium rings and a ponytail. Nashville star Hayden Panettiere, who was a presenter at the event, went for a balck Halston Heritage dress, Giuseppe Zanotti shoes, Jimmy Choo bag, and David Yurman jewelry. Jennifer Morrison looked elegant in a Kristian Aadvenik dress and accessorised with an Edie Parker clutch, Amrapali jewelry and a Le Vian ring.

Meanwhile, Justin Bieber, won three awards, including top male artist, social artist and the fan-voted milestone award.

"I'm 19 years old; I think I'm doing a pretty good job. And basically from my heart I really just want to say it should really be about the music, it should be about the craft that I'm making. This is not a gimmick," he said after the win, "I'm an artist and I should be taken seriously and all this other bull should not be spoken."

The event hosted by 30 Rock star Tracy Morgan also honored legendary performers Madonna and Prince.
