Is Blac Chyna pregnant? Rumours escalate after lunch date with Rob and Kim Kardashian

Blac Chyna is pregnant with Rob Kardashian's baby, according to the latest reports. The fashion designer was seen enjoying a lunch date with her fiancé and his older sister, Kim Kardashian, on 26 April 2016 – but sources claim there was another agenda behind their outing.

Confirming the reconciliation between Chyna and Kim, the trio were seen leaving the Nate'n Al deli in Beverly Hills and seemed to be in good spirits with each other. A source told E! News of their outing: "Kim and them were just sitting at a booth and they looked like they were having a good time. They were talking directly to each other, not looking away or anything, so they were engaged in a conversation, all of them. Everyone seemed happy and they were really nice."

Fuelling the pregnancy rumours, X17 Online alleges that Kim, 35, and Rob, 29, had accompanied Chyna to an OB-GYN clinic before their meal. In paparazzi footage of the group leaving the restaurant, a photographer congratulates Chyna, who is already a mother to son King Cairo, on the alleged pregnancy. Although she initially answers "thank you", it is likely that Chyna believed she was being congratulated on her engagement to Rob as she then remains silent when asked if she had received a baby scan.

Rob proposed to Chyna in January 2016 after three months of dating. The engagement has prompted a reunion between the boutique owner and Kim, whose friendship was shattered when Chyna's former fiance Tyga began dating Rob's half-sister Kylie Jenner. With Chyna set to become Angela Kardashian, Kylie, 18, has also mended her relationship with her former love rival.

A source told the publication of Chyna's reconciliation with the Kardashian family: "Kim and Chyna have a history and they thought it would be a good way to break the ice with all involved. It didn't take too much convincing for [them] to meet. They both wanted to have a sit down for a while now anyway."

Chyna and Rob's romance is set to play out in the new season of Keeping Up With The Kardashians, which begins on 1 May. However the tension between Chyna and his siblings is palpable as Kendall Jenner expresses her anger when Rob regifts a present the model gave him to his fiancé. Jenner says: "I'm so mad. I would have given that to someone else. I'm going to tell him to give it back to me. She later adds: "Rob is dating someone that has kind of had a bad history with my family and he fully regifted my gift."
