Agents Donald Ressler, Aram Mojtabai and Tom Keen will have to team up with Raymond Reddington to prove Elizabeth Keen's innocence and save her from Cabal in episode 10 of The Blacklist season 3.

Titled, The Director: Conclusion, the chapter will air on 14 January at 9pm EST on NBC. The official synopsis of the episode reads as follows:

As The Cabal prepares to assassinate Liz (Megan Boone), Red (James Spader) calls upon the task force to combine efforts to outmaneuver The Cabal to exonerate her. Red delivers a final ultimatum.

Red has come up with a plan to out-smart Cabal members – Peter Kotsiopulos and National security adviser Laurel Hitchens – and thereby save Liz. A new promo shows Red briefing everyone about his plan and he says, "To save Elizabeth, we must execute a specific attack."

Following this, Aram is seen cutting some wires, and changing some plate numbers, as Liz says, "They are going to kill me, today." The promo ends with one of the FBI's armed guards pointing his gun towards Liz as Ressler covers her and tries to save her life.

Creator Jon Bokenkamp dished on Red's plan and teased that it will put the entire crew in an "uncomfortable situation". He told TV Line, "Red has a plan that is not in place, and things are happening faster than he had anticipated. The whole crew is in a very uncomfortable situation."
