Bobby Brown, the ex-husband of Whitney Houston, is in trouble with the law again after being arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence.
The 45-year-old New Edition singer was taken into custody by Los Angeles police after failing a breathalyser test at the scene.
Officers pulled him over after they spotted him driving while talking on his mobile phone without a hands-free kit.
The RnB star, who has multiple arrests and criminal convictions to his name, was taken to Van Nuys prison but released on $5,000 (£3,100) bail shortly afterwards.
It was not Brown's first alleged driving offence. In 1996, while still married to Houston, he was convicted for driving under the influence after he was arrested in Georgia. He pleaded guilty and served eight days in jail.
