CLaptrap a playable character in borderlands: The Pre-Sequel

Fans of the Borderlands franchise have a lot to be excited about thanks to the upcoming shooter RPG Borderlands: The Pre-Sequel. The new game brings refreshing changes to the series with low gravity, ice weapons, and much more. The game's beloved and hated Handsome Jack is now offering gamers tips on how to take advantage of the upcoming game's brilliant new terrain, weapons and physics.

The video features six fun tips on how players can use their characters to perform some amazing kills and more. Jack brings his usual spread of cheeky humour coupled with a loveable dollop of cruelty.

It points out the main differences between the new game and the older ones in the series. The main highlight happens to be that the game takes place on a moon, meaning that players will be able to experience new game mechanics with low-gravity jumps, freezing conditions and space monsters.

The game also brings in four new playable characters. The first is Wilhelm, Handsome Jack's hulking robot, while the second is Athena the Gladiator, who has an amazing shield that will add a lot more variety to gameplay. The next two characters happen to be Nisha the Lawbringer and Claptrap the Fragtrap. Fans will remember Claptrap as the ridiculously funny little robot that had a body that was too weak and an attitude that was a little too daring.

The Pre-Sequel is appropriately named because it takes place between Borderlands and Borderlands 2. Though the original two games were made by Gearbox Software, The Pre-Sequel is being developed by 2K Australia, a developer owned by series publisher 2K Games.
