A man is due to appear in court accused of abducting a six-year-old girl off the street in Burnley.
Imran Khan, 33 of Accrington, is accused of taking the girl while she played on her bike on Nairne Street on 26 March.
He has been charged with taking a child under the Child Abduction Act, breach of a Sexual Offences Prevention Order and inciting a girl under 13 to engage in sexual activity.
