Cannes Film Festival 2014: Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart 'Will Not See Each Other at Cannes'
Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart reportedly have no plans to reunite at the 67th Cannes Film Festival.
Both stars have movies in the annual festival which runs from 14 May to 25 May.
The 28-year-old actor will appear in the Australian crime drama The Rover, as well as in Maps to the Stars, and Stewart can be seen in Clouds of Sils Maria.
"Kristen and Rob will not see each other at Cannes. Their films are screening far a part from each other. 'Rover' and 'Map to the Stars' screen May 18 and May 19 respectively," an insider told Hollywood Life.
"Kristen's 'Clouds of Sils Maria' doesn't screen until the end of the festival around May 24. Kristen is planning on attending even though she's in the middle of filming," the source added.
Pattinson had ended his relationship with Stewart, his Twilight co-star and girlfriend of four years, after it was confirmed that she cheated on him with her Snow White and the Huntsman director Rupert Sanders.
In an interview with Marie Claire, the 24-year-old actress opened up about her past mistakes and claimed that she fully owns up to them.
"I stand by every mistake I've ever made. So judge away," she said.
"You don't know who you will fall in love with. You just don't. You don't control it," she added.
"Some people have certain things, like, 'That's what I'm going for,' and I have a subjective version of that. I don't pressure myself. If you fall in love with someone, you want to own them — but really, why would you want that? You want them to be what you love. I'm much too young to even have an answer for that question."
