Castle season 8 will finally bring the moment that fans have been waiting for. The mystery novelist Rick and detective Kate will finally reunite in episode 7 to celebrate their first wedding anniversary.

The official synopsis of the upcoming episode titled The Last Seduction reads: "In order to hunt down the brutal murderer of a grifting seducer, Castle & Beckett must investigate New York's elite. Meanwhile, Castle plans to surprise Beckett on their one-year wedding anniversary."

Castle and Beckett will also work together to solve a tricky murder case which involves the rich and famous of New York. However, while doing his duty, the mystery novelist will do some serious planning to surprise the love of his life on their first wedding anniversary. And to do that he will seek help from his partners Javier Esposito (Jon Huertas) and Kevin Ryan (Seamus Dever).

Click here to watch the episode via live stream online. The viewership ratings of the popular crime thriller from ABC declined after the lead couple were separated in the current season. However, after their reunion, the show's producers are expecting the numbers to shoot up.

Meanwhile, the autumn finale of the season titled Mr & Mrs Castle will be divulge more secrets about the LokSat. "Ultimately what she's trying to do is find a way to get to LokSat through the drugs," co-showrunner Alexi Hawley told TVLine.

"That drug pipeline is still open, so if she can match the unique fingerprint of that heroin to a different dealer or a different distribution hub, then she knows she's close to LokSat," he added.
