The Blues are officially back as they made one of the most stunning comebacks in the history of European football by qualifying to the quarter-finals of the Champions league (on a 5-4 aggregate), after beating Italians giants Napoli 1-4 in the second leg of the round of sixteen.
Chelsea owner Roman Abramovich may just consider offering temporary manager Roberto Di Matteo a full time job as the Blues' have produced three back-to-back wins under him.
Goals by Drogba, Terry, and Lampard; the players who recently fired manager Andre Villas-Boas constantly dropped; at the 28th, 47th and 75th minute respectively brought the Blues right back into the game and finally a valuable strike by Serbian defender Branislav Ivanovic at extra time (105 minute) saw Di Matteo's men make one of the greatest comebacks in the history of the game.
Napoli, who were actually dominant in the first quarter of the game, only managed a consolation goal at the 55th minute via Swiss-Turkish midfielder Gökhan İnler.
