Chelsea, who are coming after a shocking 0-1 loss to West Brom which resulted in Andre Villas-Boas sacking, will be desperate to win this game. However, under new caretaker Roberto Di Matteo, the Blues managed to achieve a 2-0 victory over Birmingham City in the FA Cup (round five). Chelsea, who finished second in the Premier League last season, will be looking to finish this season in a respectable position.

On the other hand, Stoke City, who come after two back-to-back wins over Norwich and Swansea City, will be trying to use Chelsea's recent crisis to their advantage. With this year's season coming to a close the Potters, who finished 13<sup>th in the Premier League last year, will be trying to get a positive result.
