Chelsea: Thousands flock to see team parade Premier League trophy through London
Thousands of Chelsea fans have flocked to see the Blues' victory parade after winning their first Premier League title in five years.
Chelsea comfortably secured their fifth top flight title with 87 points, eight clear of second-placed Manchester City. The Blues also beat Tottenham Hotspur 2-0 to win the League Cup earlier in the season, with the club parading both trophies on an open-top bus that travelled past jubilant fans from Stamford Bridge to the King's Road in west London.
Players from the first team and youth team partied on top of the bus, including the departing Didier Drogba and the possibly departing Petr Čech. The side had topped the Premier League table for a record 274 days en-route to winning their first Premier League title since 2010.
