Olympic equestrian silver-medallist Zara Philips impressed all at the Ladies Day during the Cheltenham Festival.
The equestrian sports-loving granddaughter of the Queen and the wife of former England Rugby Union player Mike Tindall opted for a bright red military-style double-breasted Paul Costelloe coat with gold buttons and combined it with black boots and gloves. She kept her look simple with a black oval-shaped design headpiece with a curled peacock's feather.
Ladies Day has been around for seven years now, and the female racegoers came in their best form as there are awards for best dressed lady, best accessories and best hat. The prizes for this year's Fashion Awards include, a personalised handmade sheepskin cape, a short break holiday provided by Seasons Holidays , £1000 worth of gift vouchers to spend at boutique British ladieswear shop Moloh, £1000 worth of gift vouchers from award winning Stuart Holmes Hair & Beauty Spa, a special hat from celebrity milliner Denise Innes, a bottle of Champagne, courtesy of Piper Heidsieck, a stylish knitted fur jacket from Paris courtesy of Cheltenham Fashion Outlet Allure Lifestyle and an Italian handmade leather belt with detachable buckles from leather accessory company Hip & Waisted.
Meanwhile at the event, Sprinter Sacre won the Queen Mother Champion Chase on the second day of the event.
