Cheryl and Liam Payne 'talking about starting a family together'
After just six months of dating, Cheryl and new boyfriend Liam Payne are already talking about starting a family together. After the former X Factor judge split from husband Jean-Bernard Fernandez-Versini, the couple began a secret romance in December 2015and went public with their relationship in February 2016.
The couple who are rumoured to have moved into a multi-million Los Angeles mansion together, are now said to be so committed to one another, they are already planning to have a baby.
"It's very serious now between Cheryl and Liam and they have been talking among close friends about starting a family," a source close to Liam told The Sun.
"She's content and while they're in the honeymoon period, this feels like a connection for the future."
The Crazy, Stupid, Love singer is known for moving fast in relationships. She married French entrepreneur JB after a three-month whirlwind romance. Her relationship with Liam too, surprised fans, who expressed shock at their age gap romance.
A source close to Cheryl reportedly revealed that motherhood is very much on her mind. "Her dream is to become a mum. But she also wants to get her divorce to JB out the way and be able to have a complete fresh start."
The 32-year-old singer had been hoping for a 'quickie' divorce, but her estranged husband is allegedly holding out following ongoing disputes over money. While entrepreneur JB initially stated he had no interest in Cheryl's £16million fortune and was 'happy to end things quickly and amicably,' he now appears to be intent on getting his due for their 18 month marriage. It was earlier reported that he had demanded a cash pay-out of £3m in the divorce settlement, leaving her 'terrified' for her fortune.
And while JB is moving on having recently been seen on a string of dates, Cheryl and Liam have defied the critics as their relationship goes from strength to strength.
Friends of the stars have given the relationship their blessing with Liam's One Direction bandmate Niall Horan recently telling HELLO! Magazine he couldn't be happier for the loved-up couple.
"She's a great girl, really fun. He's a top man and one of my best friends. She seems happy, he's happy, so I'm happy for them," he added.
