Chris Brown gives advice to would-be wife beaters

Chris Brown, who became infamous for his violent attacks on then girlfriend Rihanna, is attempting to turn over a new leaf by offering advice on anger management.
The 26-year-old, who also made headlines by smashing a window on the Good Morning America set and getting into a night-club brawl with Drake, recently took to Twitter to offer advice in staying calm when provoked. He recommended trying to remember positive events, rather than reacting.
The Loyal hit-maker also warned about the impact of thinking irresponsibly in "that moment", warning that angry reactions have long lasting consequences.
When someone provokes you just remember all the positive shit you have to look forward to in your life in the future.

You might feel satisfaction at that moment dealing irresponsibly to that issue but it will fuck up so much shit for you in the future.

Fans reacted by praising Brown's "wisdom" and "honesty", adding they were proud of how far he had come.
@chrisbrown you've learned a lot from your mistakes. I'm proud

Brown has been embroiled in long-running legal debacles because he violated terms of previous probation orders. However, since being released from Jail in the summer, the once wayward star has reportedly been on the straight and narrow.
According to court documents, the star was diagnosed with Bipolar disorder and under the orders of his probation has to see a psychiatrist twice a week. He must also take his prescribed medications but stay away from marijuana.
Following an eventful summer, Brown has been focusing on his career and spending time with his girlfriend Karrueche-Tran and is allegedly ready to "settle down" and start a family.
