Chrissy Teigen says she is ready to be a surrogate for Kim Kardashain 'in a heartbeat'
Kardashain contemplated using a surrogate for her third child in KUWTK's recent episode.
Chrissy Teigen is a true friend to Kim Kardashain. In a recent interview, the 30-year-old model said that she would become a surrogate for the reality TV star "in a heartbeat", if she wished to have a third child. Teigen gave birth to her first child named Luna, with husband John Legend in April 2016.
John Legend's wife told Access Hollywood, "I would be her surrogate in a second. I really enjoyed the pregnancy process.... I loved it. Yes, [I would do it] in a heartbeat." Teigen's comment comes after Kardashian – who is mother to son Saint, 11 months, and 3-year-old daughter North – was told in the previous episode of Keeping Up With the Kardashians season 12 that a third pregnancy might severely endanger her health.
The cookbook author admitted to using IVF herself to conceive, and said, "I did IVF – science is miraculous these days, anything is possible."
"I hope whatever she does is gonna work out for the best, and it's gonna be beautiful either way," Teigen added.
Kanye West's wife, who had several medical issues while pregnant with her second child, contemplated using a surrogate for their third child in KUWTK's recent episode. "Obviously, I do want to have my own baby, but I feel like I truly don't know if my body can handle it one more time. There's just a lot of fears I have about surrogacy, and a lot of unanswered questions," she said.
Teigen previously told People magazine that she will likely undergo more rounds of IVF if future pregnancies do not occur naturally. She said, "The number of embryos we have left is not matching the number of people I want at my dinner table, so I'll have to do it again. I wish I had frozen my eggs earlier. We have a few more on ice. Who knows what will work?"
"It would have been better if I had made a ton of embryos when I was already doing the shots. Because now I have to do the shot thing again. I think about that," she noted.
