Christmas Jumper Day 2015: Festive fashion fun for a fantastic cause
Even the Scrooges among you cannot help but get a little enthused by the kitsch extravaganza that is Christmas Jumper Day, on 18 December. The popularity of the novelty festive sweater has just grown exponentially in recent years with intarsia images of Rudolph and detailed snow scenes featured everywhere from cosy loose knits to fully embellished jersey, and the rule is the more lavish the better when it comes to the Christmas jumper.
ITV's Text Santa is the official campaign taking donations from those sporting Christmas jumpers, with 100% of the money raised being shared equally among Macmillan Cancer Support, Make-A-Wish UK and Save the Children.
If you are still stuck for ideas on what festive style will suit you, IBTimes UK has rounded up the most impressive novelty knits that will definitely have you top of the Christmas list.
