A video of Argentina's president, Cristina Fernandez de Kirchner, spontaneously dancing at a campaign rally in Buenos Aires has become an online hit.

In the video, the 62-year-old begins to pull shapes on the podium as a rock song starts playing at the rally for Daniel Scioli, her chosen party leader successor. Despite Scioli pointing out that the camera are recording her dance moves, De Kirchner continues to shake on stage to the music.

Since being posted online the video has gone viral, being shared wildly over social media. De Kirchner has been president of Argentina since 2007. Scioli, her chosen successor as leader of the Front for Victory party, is currently leading the polls ahead of the first rounds of presidential elections later this month.
