Dancing With The Stars season 23 premiere: Where to watch the show live and full cast list

Dancing With The Stars is all set to return with a fresh season on Monday with a miscellaneous batch of celebrities that boast famous names such as Ryan Lochte, Amber Rose, and Vanilla Ice. As the DWTS season 23 cast prepare to take to the ball room with their pro partners for the coveted Mirror Ball trophy, here's all you need to know before the season premiere.

This season, 13 new couples will be showcasing their dancing skills on the floor to win over the judges and the audience. According to reports, episode 1 will feature four types of dance routines — the foxtrot, jive, cha-cha-cha and a Viennese waltz. Interestingly, Lochte and Vanilla Ice seem to stand out with their choice of songs for their first performance on the reality series.

While the controversial Olympian has opted to foxtrot his way on the 2007 hit Call Me Irresponsible, Vanilla Ice will be grooving to the tune of his biggest hit Ice Ice Baby. Among the other eccentric song choices are American Girl for gymnast Laurie Hernandez and God Bless Texas for former Texas governor Rick Perry.

For the new cycle of DWTS, Tom Bergeron and Erin Andrews will be back to hosting the ABC show while Len Goodman, Bruno Tonioli, and Carrie Ann Inaba are reported to head the judges panel. Although there is still time before the premiere episode is broadcast, fans already seem to have picked out their frontrunners for the season — Lochte, Hernandez and Marilu Henner.
