Devious Maids season 4: Genevieve and Marisol's fight likely to take an ugly turn in episode 3
Episode 3 of Devious Maids season 4 titled War And Grease will return on Lifetime on Monday (20 June) and it seems likely that the fight between Genevieve and Marisol could get uglier. According to the synopsis, significant moments await Marisol (Ana Ortiz), Rosie (Dania Ramírez), Carmen (Roselyn Sánchez) and Zoila (Judy Reyes).
Warning: Potential spoilers ahead
In episode 2, both the women had a bit of a face-off when Genevieve learned that Marisol was dating her ex-husband Peter. The professor, however, defied her friend's warning and continued with her affair. The upcoming episode will feature a catfight between the two.
In the latest promo for the episode, Marisol tells Zoila: "You said Genevieve doesn't have a mean bone in her body..." The latter, who is loyal to her boss Genevieve, lashes out at Marisol and says unless you "steal [Genevieve's] man. Then it's all-out war."
The official synopsis of the episode reads as follows:
"Genevieve takes her war on Marisol to new heights; Carmen attempts to befriend Daniela; Zoila and Frances grow closer; and Evelyn's plan for divorce is thwarted when Adrian cuts off her funding. Meanwhile, Rosie and Jesse must deal with a new visitor."
Apart from the tricky love triangle, the show's main focus will remain on Peri's killer. Spence has already confessed to the murder, even though he does not remember the events of the fateful night as he was really drunk. But he won't have to worry as his doting wife Rosie will try to find a way to keep her husband out of the murder trial.
Evelyn on the other hand will plan to divorce her husband Adrian after learning that he is faking his paralysis to avoid a separation. But as his wife moves forward with the decision, he would cut off her finances. It remains to be seen how the powerful women of Beverly Hills tackle their personal crisis in episode 3 War and Grease, which will air on 20 June at 9pm EDT on Lifetime.
