He also teased that the Doctor will make a grave mistake that has cataclysmic repercussions after which he might go into hiding. But not for long as Clara will have to find him out in order to fight the mysterious aliens that are threatening to end the world.
According to the recently released trailer, the Doctor may meet the young Davros, who went on to create the daleks, the Doctor's deadliest enemies. It will be interesting to see how the duo will deal with the adventurous challenges that are waiting for them in Doctor Who season 9 which premieres on 19 September on BBC.
