Bungie showed off a new trailer for online multiplayer shooter Destiny to kick of Sony's press conference.
Destiny is the first game from the studio following their work creating, evolving and establishing Microsoft exclusive franchise Halo.
Following the video, Sony's Andrew House entered stage left to announce that Destiny's open multiplayer beta would be arriving on PlayStation 4 first on 17 July.
He also revealed that PS4 gamers would be able to play a "first-look alpha" stage of the game from Thursday (12 June) at http://GreatnessAwaits.com/Destiny.
A Destiny PS4 bundle was also announced with a white 500GB console for 9 September 2014, though no price was revealed.
