E3 2015: EA's new Need for Speed will bring together Underground & Rivals

Electronic Arts has kicked off its E3 press conference with a trailer for a new entry in their long running Need for Speed racing series. You can watch the reveal below...

Combining elements from previous titles such as customisation, reputation points and a story mode with live action video, the game was touted as "the definitive" Need For Speed game to celebrate the 20-year-old series.

Gameplay also shown, showcasing the customisation and racing in the game. Set in an "urban playground" called Ventura Bay, you play as a street racer determined to become the best driver in town - so an original concept then?

Need for Speed is released on 3 November for PS4, Xbox One and PC.
