Overview

A captain's knock of 113 runs off 82 balls from Eoin Morgan, accompanied by Joe Root, who remained unbeaten on 106 helped England chased a total of 350 runs against New Zealand in the fourth ODI.

The Three Lions sealed a comfortable seven wicket victory with six overs to spare. The result also allowed the hosts to level the series at 2-2 after they lost the second and third ODIs, following their mammoth victory in the first match.

England have scored 300 plus runs in all four matches. Morgan and his men will be hoping to post another massive total, if they elect to bat first in order to win the final ODI to clinch the five-match series.

New Zealand won the second match to level the series. The Black Caps will be looking to avoid a defeat in the ODI series and the only way they can achieve it is by avoiding defeat on Saturday.
