Fast and Furious 7 Might be Vin Diesel's Last Action Film
Actor Paul Walker's death has made Fast and Furious star Vin Diesel rethink acting in action movies.
During his latest interview with IBNLive, Diesel hinted that he might not be too inclined towards doing dangerous stunts for movies.
"A lot of people don't realise when you do these action movies you put your life on the line more than you should...When you're doing these action films and you're... for lack of a better description, a method-like thespian, and when you go into these action sequences, you put yourself in harm's way in kind of an unfair fashion," he said.
The actor also shared that it was difficult for him to control his emotions on camera during the filming of Fast and Furious 7, post his co-star and good friend Walker's tragic death last November.
"I grew up in the bouncing world and we lost people bouncing, but the brotherhood in Paul Walker was something completely different," he stated.
"We grew up in the business together and we became famous together and we represented the biggest franchise together and he was my partner and it's a strange thing... I've been acting all my life and they don't teach you in acting how to mourn someone and simultaneously pretend they're in a scene with you. It's one of the darker moments in my journey."
The actors for the seventh instalment of the popular Hollywood film franchise reprising their roles include Diesel, Dwayne Johnson, Michelle Rodriguez, Luke Evans, Tyrese Gibson, Ludacris and Jordana Brewster.
UFC Women's Bantam weight champion Ronda Rousey and ONG Bak star Tony Jaa will also star in the film along with Jason Statham who will play the main villain.
Fast and Furious 7 will release on April 3, 2015.
