Mariah Carey decided to let her hair down during the weekend as she partied the night off with her billionaire fiancé James Packer at Capri in Italy. On Sunday, the 46-year-old songstress was spotted dancing with the Australian businessman at the Vv Night Club. As the We Belong Together hitmaker took to the dance floor, her beau showered some PDA-packed love to his wife-to-be.

Carey sported a bold style statement for the outing as she wore a form-fitting black dress with cut-out designs on the back.

The singer-songwriter chose to leave her curls open for the night as she danced to the hit tracks with her future husband. She even rocked some bling with diamond bracelets and a huge rock on her ring finger.

Packer too complemented his fiancée's fashion, as he wore a colour-coordinated full-sleeved T-shirt during the night-out. As the couple enjoyed their time out dancing to the music, 48-year-old Packer had his arms wrapped around the Heartbreaker singer and even displayed his affection with extreme gestures.

Carey and Packer got engaged in January, after having dated for less than a year. According to reports the two are set to tie the knot later this year, although none of them have confirmed the dates yet. One reason for the delay could be the controversy surrounding Carey's divorce with rapper Nick Cannon.

Meanwhile, another gossip report revealed some interesting details from the couple's private life. If rumours are to be believed, the duo might be taking things slow and will allegedly consummate their relationship only after exchanging vows.

"I hear that it has been a mostly platonic relationship," a source told The Sydney Morning Herald adding; "according to what I hear she wants to save herself for the wedding night."
