Forget Jay Z and Beyonce! Rihanna and Drake are New Power Couple
It looks like Rihanna's Mr Right may have been right under her nose all along.
Following months of speculation, it appears that the Diamonds singer has finally rekindled her romance with Canadian rapper Drake.
The pair, who dated briefly in 2009 following her very public split from Chris Brown, have been cosying up in recent weeks and putting on very public displays of affection.
Not only has RiRi been supporting the Young Money star on his Would you Like a Tour? tour, the pair have also partied together and enjoyed a string of romantic dates.
"There's definitely no question about their romance any more. Rihanna and Drake spent the whole night with their tongues down each other's throats and didn't seem to care about everybody seeing," an onlooker said of the couple's recent rendezvous in Cirque Le Soir night club in London.
They have also been spotted holding hands after spending the evening at All Star Bowling Lanes with friends.
And it seems that the pair are readily becoming music's hottest couple after winning over fans.
"Maybe Drake will keep this gal grounded," one supporter said.
Another wrote: "Happy for them both, they make a great team. A true power couple, hopefully it lasts everyone deserves to be happy."
But one person that won't be giving his blessing anytime soon is Rihanna's ex, Chris Brown.
In 2012, the 24-year-old R'n' B star and the 27-year-old Drake got into a violent altercation at the famed Greenhouse nighclub in New York. It was suggested that Drake's brief fling with the Bajan Beauty was at the root of their clash.
Drake previously admitted that he was left heartbroken when she called time on their whirlwind romance.
"At the time it hurt, but she didn't mean to. I'll never put that on her," he told Elle Magazine.
But when they teamed up for their collaborative track, Take Care, it was clear that sparks were still flying. In the black-and-white promo directed by Yoann Lemoine, the We Found Love songstress is seen in a tender embrace with her Drake.
"They seemed to be super close and that's what I wanted for the video," Lemoine told MTV.
