What Jose Mourinho wants, Jose Mourinho usually gets. The Portuguese boss demanded to be reunited with Didier Drogba in the Champions League last 16 draw and that's exactly what he got, with the Ivory Coast forward set to return to the club where he spent nine glorious years.

Familiar faces don't stop there. Manager Roberto Mancini returns to English shores after being sacked by Manchester City last May, while Wesley Sneijder will hijack the reunion with Mourinho following the pair's successful days at Inter Milan. One big get together in west London and Istanbul.

How They Got There:

After undoing their good work in the opening draw with Juventus by losing to FC Copenhagen, Galatasaray faced a final day shoot-out with Juve for the final knock-out place. The first game between the two sides was abandoned due to snow only for the second game to be settled by a Sneijder goal to send the Serie A champions into the Europa League and the Turkish giants through.

Who Can Cause the Most Damage:

Naturally, the focus will be on messieurs Drogba and Sneijder, who have contributed nine goals between them this season but even their own efforts have been overshadowed by Burak Yilmaz. The Turk has netted seven goals in 14 appearances this season and with a Champions League hat-trick to his name last campaign, he is among the continent's most potent. Highly rated Portuguese winger Bruma is also worth a watch.

Domestic Form:

Despite being unbeaten at home this season, just one success on the road domestically sees Galatasaray a full 11 points behind Fenerbahce after just 15 league games. A 2-0 defeat to their rivals in November worked as a significant indication as to their troubles and even at this early stage of the campaign a run in Europe may be their only route to success this term.

The Manager:

The Champions League has been a graveyard for Roberto Mancini. With Inter Milan, successive knock-out stage exits to Valencia and Liverpool defined a miserable European record while for Manchester City, the club's failure to twice get out of the group stage contributed to the Italian's sacking earlier this year.

Prediction

Despite Drogba's power Chelsea should be too strong over two legs.
