Overview
The clash between Teixeira and Saint Preux is a fight round bout and the Brazilian will take on the Tennessee resident over the weekend. The 32-year-old will be hoping support from home fans can help him defeat the former title challenger.
Teixeira lost his last fight to Phil Davis in October 2014, which was his second straight defeat and the fourth of his career. It is for the first time the South American has lost two fights in a row.
Saint Preux has won his last two fights and has just two defeats in his last 17 bouts. The American will be hoping to keep his record intact when they take on Teixeira at Bridgestone Arena on Sunday.
