Real Madrid will look to keep pace with La Liga leaders Barcelona by beating relegated Granada at Los Carmenes on 6 May.

Where to watch live

Kick-off is set for 7.45pm BST. The game will be broadcast live on Sky Sports 5 HD.

Overview

Tony Adams's Granada were relegated from La Liga last weekend following a 2-1 defeat at Real Sociedad. The Andalusian side are on a 10-game winless run in the league, with their last win coming against Deportivo Alaves in early March.

Matthieu Saunier, Artem Kravets and Hector Hernandez are all sidelined through injury, while striker Ezequiel Ponce is suspended.

Cristiano Ronaldo scored a hat-trick as Real Madrid vanquished city rivals Atletico Madrid 3-0 in the first leg of the Champions League semi-final at the Santiago Bernabeu in midweek. The capital club have won their last seven league meetings with Granada.

Pepe and Fabio Coentrao returned to training for the visitors after recovering from injury, but Dani Carvajal (hamstring) is sidelined. Ronaldo will be rested ahead of next week's second leg against Atletico.

What managers say

Tony Adams: "It (relegation) is a very sad day for everyone connected with Granada. The owner is obviously very disappointed, a lot of mistakes have been made this season. The players are down, they are heartbroken. We are all sad, the players, the fans, everybody. There's been a lot of mistakes and we know that. We're going to try and rectify it, make sure there is a better future and rebound very quickly." [via The Daily Mail]

Zinedine Zidane: "Cristiano is a goalscorer. He is unique. All the players were brilliant [against Atletico]. I am lucky to have these players. We try to play our football and enjoy ourselves. It works because we have great players with great attitudes. We knew what we had to do from the off and we played the game we wanted to. I am happy with what I am doing here and with the players, we played a great game. We can hurt any side with our weapons." [via Sky Sports]
