Great Britain equal Beijing gold medal haul at London 2012
Seems like you only have to pop out for a cup of tea and it's Gold for Team GB to add to the collection. This time it is Alistair Brownlee who won a gold medal in the triathlon. His Brother Jonny also won the bronze medal in the same event. This means, that Britain has equalled their total of 19 gold medals from the Beijing Olympics, on day 11 of London 2012.
In Windsurfing Nick Dempsey has just won silver. And Hoy won the keirin heat in cycling, with the semi-finals due later at 16:30 today. Elsewhere, Trott slips to second in the omnium event.
It was tears for Chinese athlete and former champion Liu Xiang's when he crashed at the first barrier in the 110m hurdles heats.
And sadly, Idowu also had his hoped dashed as he has failed to qualify for the triple jump final in athletics.
And here is the world's fastest man Usain Bolt , steaming ahead as he won the 200m heat in 20.39 seconds. The semi final is due to take place on Wednesday and the final on Thursday.
