The synopsis for Grey's Anatomy season 13 is out and it hints at troubled moments ahead of a major character, which will lead to chaos amid the doctors at Grey Sloan. The premiere episode is titled as Undo.

The finale of season 12 featured a huge showdown between Alex and Andrew at Jo's apartment. As per a newly released promo, their fight will escalate and Andrew will bear serious injuries and will be shifted to the hospital. The first episode of season 13 will focus on Meredith's struggle to save his life.

She would also warn Alex about his criminal actions that could land him in jail. "You think nobody's going to realise this is you? You could go to jail," she tells a visibly stressed Alex.
The official synopsis of the premiere episode reads as follows:

"When one of Grey Sloan's own lands in the hospital, Bailey tries to figure out what happened while the rest of the doctors jump in to help. Meredith juggles huge secrets that affect her relationships with Alex and Maggie. While Richard helps Jo with a big decision, April and Catherine clash over the new baby."

It remains to be seen how Jo's past will affect her current relationship with Alex and whether the doctors of Grey Sloan will be able to save Andrew's life.

Another high point in the premiere episode will be the relationship between April and Jackson. April's dramatic baby delivery scene from season 12 will bring a new twist in her life. A fresh set of pictures realised by Entertainment Weekly hints at the reunion of the estranged couple. Popularly known as Japril, the couple has been through a lot of ups and downs since the demise of their first child, but according to Shonda Rhimes, the first-time parents will experience lighter moments in the upcoming season.

"They're going to really try to do this in a healthy way. Is that healthy way going to feel so healthy when they still have feelings for each other?" she said, hinting at a romantic Japril reunion.

Grey's Anatomy season 13 will premiere on 22 September at 8pm ET on ABC.
