Grimm season 4 mid-season finale episode airs today NBC

NBC's supernatural show Grimm returns with a special Christmas episode today, 12th December at 9:00 pm EST.

The 8th episode is titled, Chupacabra, where a bloodthirsty legend comes to life.

The official synopsis reads:

An unsuspecting traveller brings a blood-sucking legend with him to Portland, and Nick (David Giuntoli) and Hank (Russell Hornsby) find themselves investigating the gruesome trail of "El Chupacabra." Meanwhile, Monroe (Silas Weir Mitchell) and Rosalee (Bree Turner) prepare to leave for their long-overdue honeymoon as they are met with more threats regarding their marriage. Elsewhere, Viktor (guest star Alexis Denisof) and Adalind (Claire Coffee) decide to take a trip of their own, while Wu (Reggie Lee) decides to confront Nick about what he has been seeing.

In the previous episode the Grimm team celebrate Christmas and fight little monsters who try to ruin the holiday cheer. Monroe and Rosalie decide to finally go for their honeymoon and Trubel leaves Portland to help Josh.

Also, Juliette takes the pregnancy test, and the episode ends on a cliff-hanger.
