GTA 5 Online 1.13 High Life Update: All Five New Apartment Views, Prices, Interiors and Locations Revealed

Discerning GTA 5 tipster, Typical Gamer, has just revealed minute details of all the five new apartments that are making their debut with the recently released High-Life DLC from Rockstar.

The High-Life DLC is part of the 1.13 title update for GTA Online which also brings three new cars, a super bike, several vehicle customisation options, new clothes, weapons and more.

The tipster reveals interesting details about the five new apartments (listed below) including their view, price, interiors and location as well as some useful tips to help make your buying decision:

• Eclipse Towers in Vinewood
• Richards Majestic in Rockford Hills
• Tinsel Towers in Little Seoul
• 4 Integrity Way in Downtown
• Del Perro Heights by the beach

The Dynasty8realestate.com has updated information on the brand new apartments, including their price and location details in GTA Online. Thereby, Rockstar has made it easier to find properties while also making them user-friendly.

All the five new apartments come with ten-car garages and new interiors. But, the new interiors look identical in all five new apartments as revealed in the video below.

The new apartments come with set pieces and furniture imported from the old apartments. But, the floor plan for each of these apartments has been updated to "one floor level" and also includes doors to enter the bed room and heists planning room as well.

Del Perro Heights (Apartment #4) at North Los Santos

It is priced at $468,000 and is located at the west end of the North Los Santos beach. The apartment view is surrounded with buildings. The front door exits to a beautiful garden with lush green surroundings.

Its garage is tucked up to its backyard basement for an easy exit. The Del Perro is situated in proximity to the AmmuNation, tattoo shop, barber as well as the beach-end boulevard.

4 Integrity Way (Apartment #28) at Downtown Los Santos

This one is priced at $476,000 and located at the Downtown in Los Santos near the IAA and FIB buildings. This property is in proximity to the Los Santos Customs.

The view point reveals a greater part of North Los Santos, showing the mall, a building under construction and an observatory right on one side.

Tinsel Towers (Apartment #42) at North Los Santos

Next up is the Tinsel Towers priced at $492,000 and located to the north area of the city. The view point is absolutely spectacular capturing a complete view of Downtown Los Santos.

Both the front door and garage exit have ease of access leading to the street. It is in close proximity with LS customs, barber and tattoo shop, besides the biggest malls within its vicinity.

Eclipse Towers (Apartment #3) at North Los Santos

It is the most expensive of the lot with a price tag of $500,000. This apartment is located further north to the Tinsel Towers and considered to be the most popular apartment location housing the previously most expensive apartment that you could buy in GTA Online.

The view point is nothing special as it mimics the view found at the $400,000 apartments. It features a spacious garage and easy access to the front of the building from the street.

In addition, it is just a short drive away to most of the job locations in GTA 5 Online. Given its great connectivity options to all parts of Los Santos, it is no wonder it's an expensive buy and should soon be a crowded place as more and more people start buying it.

As a word of advice, you should steer clear of buying it, especially if you don't want to waste your hard-earned money and love some privacy along with a serene atmosphere.

Tip #1: You could sell your old apartment before you decide to buy one of these brand new apartments. On the contrary, you could also add your second apartment by purchasing your favourite one from the list of new apartments as Rockstar has introduced the ability to own multiple properties with the 1.13 High-Life update.

Tip #2: After purchasing the apartment it will be accessible from your in-game map. You can now get your newly purchased vehicles delivered to the doorstep of whichever apartment you choose as the destination.

Tip #3: You will also get to choose which vehicle you want delivered and from which apartment, whenever you call your mechanic for personal vehicle delivery.
