ABC's thriller series How To Get Away With Murder returns with its second season on Thursday, 24 September at 10pm EST, where Rebecca Sutter's murderer will be revealed. The premiere episode titled, It's Time To Move On, will find Annalise and her students trying to move on from the events of the finale where Rebecca was found dead in the lawyer's basement.

The official synopsis for episode 1 reads as follows:

Annalise and her students must move on with their lives as though nothing has happened, but the students are still reeling over Rebecca's disappearance. Only Annalise and Frank know that Rebecca was murdered and the two are determined to find out who killed her. Meanwhile, Annalise decides she wants to take on a new client, a brother and sister who are accused of killing their parents. And an old friend surprises Annalise at home and teaches her a valuable lesson, on the highly anticipated season premiere of How to Get Away with Murder.

A new promo shows Wes checking for Jane Does in the missing persons' list after hearing about Rebecca's disappearance. Frank, who is spying on Wes, tells Annalise, "He is doing it again, searching for Jane Does, just like he did in the last two minutes. So it means he knows that Rebecca is dead." However, Annalise doesn't believe that Wes is the killer and says that he is just afraid that she is dead.

Annalise asks Frank if he's spying on the others or if it's only Wes he wants to pin the murder on. Chuckling, Frank asks Annalise if she thinks he killed Rebecca. She replies in her typical accusatory tone, "You are very eager to blame this on a young man that you have no solid evidence on. So, did you?"

Frank looks amused at her question, and we hear Annalise say she would not be mad if he had done it, but would be really mad if he was lying about it. Did Frank kill Rebecca? This and many other questions will be answered when the show premieres on ABC.
