How To Get Away With Murder season 2 premiere will reveal Rebecca's killer; actor shares set pictures, filming update
How To Get Away With Murder season 2 premieres on 24 September, as filming has already begun.
Show creator Pete Nowalk revealed the title of the premiere episode on Twitter. The post reveals that the title of season 2 episode 1 is, It's Time To Move On.
In the season 1 finale, Wes's girlfriend, Rebbecca is found dead in the basement by Frank and Annalise (Viola Davis), who both swear they had no part in her murder. A new report suggests that her murderer will be revealed when season 2 opens.
According to a report in Entertainment Weekly, viewers will find out who killed Rebecca in the season 2 premiere episode.
The website also went on to claim that Wes Gibbins is the lead suspect in the case, as he was super emotional at the end of the season 1 finale. Gibbins could have been convinced that Rebecca killed Lila and got infuriated and killed his girlfriend.
Other suspects include Frank (who killed Lila in season 1), Annalise, Micheala, and Bonnie, but thankfully the mystery will be solved when the show returns in September.
Viola Davis who plays Annalise teased about her character's conversation with Frank over Rebecca's body, and spoke about "whether or not she killed her".
"...at the end of the day, I don't trust Frank. It's a path I created for Annalise because of her past, which involves sexual abuse, but I don't think she has much trust in anyone. I think she wants to desperately but doesn't," Davis told The Hollywood Reporter.
Actor Viola Davis, Alfred Enoch, Matt McGorry, Aja Naomi King, Karla Souza others are back to filming season 2, and has shared several behind-the-set picture to tease fans.
