I'm A Celebrity... will feature a secret sex cave to lure stars
Carol Vorderman and Joel Dommett are the only single contestants entering the jungle.
I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here! is set to receive an X-rated overhaul as show bosses prepare to introduce a secret sex cave for the upcoming series.
The secret hideout is the latest twist as the long-running show readies for its 16th instalment, once again presented on ITV by Ant and Dec.
On-screen romance has long been a feature of the show, set in Australia, with Peter Andre and Katie Price going on to marry, and later divorce, after falling for each other on the show.
And now cameras will be ready and waiting to catch any steamy action that takes place – with producers hoping hook-ups will be encouraged, giventhe relative privacy of the cave fromthe other contestants.
Producer Oli Nash said: "There is a secret cave which will be hidden behind a locked door. It will be used a number of times throughout the series for our celebrities.
"Inside it is just a plain cave with a bench, but we will be using it through out the series for various events. The floors a bit hard - but it can be used for romance."
A source told Mirror Online: "The celebrities won't know it is there and some of them will be sent into the cave when they least expect it. Some of them may be put together and others may have to do trials on their own. It is going to make for brilliant TV."
This year the only single celebrities in the jungle are former Countdown host Carol Vorderman, 55, and actor-turned-comedian Joel Dommett, 30.
Voderman has previously been in relationships with younger men, including Graham Duffy, who was 14 years her junior. The media personality has since branded the relationship "a bit silly" but insists that she is "enjoying single life", reports The Sun.
She may find a perfect partner in Dommett, who will indeed be looking for privacy following the revelation of a leaked online sex video.
