iOS 7.1/iOS 7.1.1 Untethered Jailbreak: Pangu Jailbreak for Mac Released with English Support and Bug Fixes
A group of Chinese hackers known as Pangu has released an untethered jailbreak for iOS 7.1 and iOS 7.1.1 for compatible iPhone, iPad and iPod touch models. The jailbreak utility was available only for Windows at its launch.
Now the team has updated its jailbreak tool to v1.1.0, adding support for Windows. Besides, the new version adds English interface and brings fixes for bootloop issue. Below is the changelog for Pangu jailbreak 1.1.0.

Pangu untethered jailbreak for Mac supports iOS 7.1 and iOS 7.1.1 devices such as iPhone 5s, iPhone 5c, iPhone 5, iPhone 4S, iPhone 4, iPad Air, iPad 4, iPad 3, iPad 2, iPad mini, Retina iPad mini and iPod touch 5G.
The Pangu team is no longer using the exploits discovered by security researcher and developer, Stefan Esser commonly known as i0n1c. Instead, they are using a new vulnerability and burned another exploit for .1 release, reports iPhone Hacks.
Previously, well known hackers like MuscleNerd of evad3rs team and iH8sn0w, developer of p0sixspwn and Sn0wbreeze have confirmed that the Windows version of Pangu jailbreak is safe and does not contain any malware. Hopefully, the Mac version does not have any issue as well.
