Janet Jackson's baby boy Eissa is all grown up in new pictures: 'Happy and in great shape'
Jackson split from billionaire Wissam Al Mana in April, months after their son's birth.
Time surely flies when there's a toddler in the mix. Since the last time we saw baby Eissa – melting hearts on Instagram with his adorable yawning face – Janet Jackson's son appears all grown up as he is spotted with his pop-star mother leaving the airport during his recent trip to the New York City.
This is little Eissa's first time in the US, after the songstress and her billionaire ex Wissam Al Mana welcomed him in January this year.
Even though the A-lister couple announced their split shortly after their son's birth, Jackson stayed in the English capital, where her ex-husband lives.
Dishing on six-months-old Eissa's American trip, a source told the People magazine, "Janet flew to N.Y.C. with the baby and small entourage, including a bodyguard. She is very hands-on and carried the baby the whole way through the airport."
Apparently, the 51-year-old singer is attending some business meetings regarding her upcoming State of the World Tour in September 2017. The publication's source added, "Eissa is adorable and Janet looked great. Happy and in great shape. She's in N.Y.C. for business meetings concerning her upcoming tour."
The latest trip comes after the Rhythm Nation singer amicably split from her businessman husband back in April. In a heartfelt video message, the famous sibling of late Michael Jackson had said, "I just want to keep it real with you guys for a second. Yes, I separated from my husband. We are in court and the rest is in God's hands."
The feelings were amicable from Al Mana's side as well, who referred to his ex-wife as "the most beautiful person in the world," in his post-split message.
However, details about the custody of baby Eissa are yet to be revealed. A source told People, "She [Janet] and Wissam are working together to co-parent. They have a strong friendship. There is no fighting between them."
