Jinger Duggar breaks Jim Bob and Michelle's dress code: Ditches long dresses and skirts for pants
'I think she's going to be better off than the others,' a fan commented.
Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar have certain rules about what their daughters can wear and who they can date. While Jill Dillard and Jessa Seewald are still following the rules set by their parents it appears Jinger Duggar, who married Jeremy Vuolo few months ago, is ready to move past her family's stringent dress code.
The reality star has ditched dresses and skirts for pants (trousers), much to the surprise of her fans. A parody website that is highly critical of the Duggar family, posted the picture of Jinger along with her husband Jeremy and his friends.
Jim Bob and Michelle's daughter Jinger looked casual in a grey t-shirt and navy blue trousers. "It's so great to see her getting comfortable in pants. I know it's not what we all would hope for her, but I think she's going to be better off than the others," a fan wrote in the comment section of the Facebook post.
This is not the first time the 23-year-old Counting On star was seen wearing trousers. She was previously pictured wearing 'short pants'(at least according to the Duggar standard). A week ago, Jinger shared a post where she was posing with sisters Jana and Jessa. While her elder sibling followed the dress code, Jinger was again spotted wearing a pair of trousers.
A fan wanted to know who inspired her to take the bold decision to wear pants and how her father reacted to it. "Would love to hear how you came to your decision on pants. I've always respected those who felt convicted to wear skirts, but I too as a Christian woman has chosen to wear pants. I'm sure you wrestled with these thoughts. How does your dad feel?" the fan commented.
The Duggar girls have been under fire for following their family's rules and getting married early.
