Justin Bieber Confirms X Factor Semi Final Performance

Teen pop star, Justine Bieber is to perform at this weekend's X Factor semi-final.

The 17-year-old Canadian star took to Twitter to share the news with his UK fans by tweeting: 'UK!!! X Factor this week. #Mistletoe'

His UK performance this Sunday will follow his appearance on the German version of the ITV 1 talent show earlier this month.

The teen sensation is clearly still in good spirits after he beat Kim kardashian and "Friends" actress Jennifer Aniston to be named the most searched person this year on internet search engine Bing on Monday.

His impending performance will have a lot to live up as a number of high profile stars including lady Gaga, Rihanna and Katy Perry have already graced the X Factor stage this year.

Last weekend, former X Factor contestant Olly Murs and Jessie J both performed. With Jessie singing debuting her new single Who You are and Murs performing alongside the Muppets.

The week's semi-final will see the four remaining acts four Marcus Collins, Little Mix, Misha B and Amelia Lily go head to head to make it into this year's final.

The teen star, who is currently promoting his Christmas album "Under the Mistletoe" is reportedly lined up to also appear on the US X Factor on December 22.

Bieber recently recorded a TV special in London called "This Is Justin Bieber," which is set to be aired on ITV1 in December.
