Justin Bieber, Hailey Baldwin wedding ceremony might be delayed due to hurricane Dorian
Justin Bieber and Hailey Baldwin are said to be in limbo with decisions regarding their wedding ceremony in South Carolina.
Justin Bieber and Hailey Baldwin might have to move their wedding ceremony to a later date due to hurricane Dorian. The couple is set to tie the knot again, this time in a religious affair, and have decided to hold the ceremony in South Carolina. However, weather conditions at their venue might affect their plans.
Justin and Hailey have already sent the invites to close friends and family for a Sept. 30 reception at one of their favourite places in South Carolina, the Montage Hotel's Palmetto Bluff. The couple fell in love with the property during a site visit and decided to hold their wedding ceremony there.
However, their save the dates were sent in August, way before hurricane Dorian wreaked havoc on South Carolina last week with heavy rainfall and strong winds. Now, a source claims that Justin and Hailey may either have to find an alternative location or postpone their wedding.
"Justin and Hailey are devastated about the hurricane and have decided that, if it destroys their wedding venue, they are delaying the wedding to a later date," the insider tells E! News.
The final decision all depends on the current situation at Palmetto Bluff after hurricane Dorian. If they can't hold the religious affair "at their favourite hotel in South Carolina," then they "are also looking into having a ceremony in California" as a last minute resort. The source says that the Canadian hitmaker and his model wife "are really in limbo with any decision-making until they figure out the storm situation."
Regardless of the venue, Justin and Hailey are looking forward to sharing their "I Do's" in front of families and close friends. The couple first exchanged wedding vows legally in September 2018 after getting engaged in July.
Hailey's father, actor Stephen Baldwin, tells TMZ that the couple wants a religious wedding. This means that they will have their church friends at the ceremony. These include pastor friends and fellow Christian friends.
Stephen believes marriage is a holy union and should be celebrated as a religious affair. He feels that bringing God into Justin and Hailey's wedding will make their marriage stronger.
