Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez: Former couple reunited in Snapchat video two years after split
It is the news Jelena fans have been waiting to hear for months. Former lovebirds Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez appear to be friends again after they were spotted together in a Snapchat video.
The Boyfriend hitmaker and Come & Get It songstress are believed to have hung out on 27 May with their mutual friend, Rich Wilkerson Jr, who shared the video and photos to his Snapchat account.
In one of the short clips, the former couple can be seen sitting near each other in a room filled with their friends.
Just a few days earlier on 24 May, the pair were reportedly spotted together at the Hillsong Church in Los Angeles where Wilkerson Jr is a preacher.
A source told HollywoodLife.com of the sighting: "They were together backstage at The Hillsong Church on Sunday. They didn't leave together but they seemed like they were cool with each other."
Fans have thrown themselves into a frenzy after managing to capture the Snapchat with "Justin and Selena" trending for several hours on Twitter.
Some of the hysterical reactions include:
Bieber, 21, began dating former Disney star Gomez, 22, in 2010 but after years of a turbulent romance, it came to an end in 2013.
The Canadian hitmaker opened up about his first love in a radio interview with Ryan Seacrest in April, and admitted his new music has been inspired by his relationship with her: "I think a lot of my inspiration comes from [Selena].
"It was a long relationship that created heartbreak and created happiness and a lot of different emotions that I wanted to write about. There's a lot of that on this album."
The pair have been linked to several other people since their break-up, with Gomez believed to be dating music producer Zedd, while Bieber was recently said to be romantically involved with model Jayde Pierce.
